Beginner's Weightlifting Program
6 Week Training Program written by Kristin Pope geared toward the beginner weightlifter.
This program features a lot of drill work on the classic lifts of snatch and clean+jerk and higher intensity on squats and pulls. This training cycle is programmed to improve your technique on snatch and clean+jerk alongside increasing your strength.
